The code and any accompanying materials made available through EvaluGate are shared for evaluation purposes only.

No rights are granted to use, copy, modify, or distribute the code — in whole or in part, internally or externally — without the prior written permission of the author.

Access is personal to the individual named on the request and must not be shared, forwarded, or republished. The download and its password remain the confidential property of the author.

Requests, verifications, and downloads are logged with a timestamp. Access may be withdrawn at any time.
